Rocky has over twenty-five years of experience in the creation of memorable mixed-use, multifamily and commercial developments. In Europe, Asia and throughout the U.S., Rocky’s design leadership has elevated the creation of numerous environments for living, working and playing.
Prior to founding DNA, Rocky served as Design Director at KTGY where for 5+ years he was central to the firm’s development and growth. Among his iconic and award-winning projects are The Waverly in Santa Monica, CA and the Whole Foods Flagship in Pasadena, CA.
Rocky is a licensed architect in the state of California and is responsible for design leadership, strategically driving business growth, along with creating a strong market presence and brand equity for DNA.
Daniel has a supernatural ability to manage projects. With extensive experience in a variety of multi-family building types, Daniel has successful navigated permit approvals and provided construction phase services on a number of significant developments. As project manager on your project, he will be responsible for consultant coordination, agency correspondence, project schedule and budget.
Sarah’s role in your project will be to ensure coordination of design goals and details by the design team.
Jim wears many hats in his role in the Guild. He is Strategist, Influencer, and Futurist. Energized by the internal world of ideas and concepts with a preference for gathering information intuitively, he guides decision making based on values and designing flexible action plans.
Jim guides with his expertise in strategy, ideation and adaptability, guiding our team to create community which emphasizes connectedness, relationships, and the future. He is strategic and talented at seeing alternative paths while spotting relevant patterns and issues. Full of ideas and fascinated by new ones, Jim sees the connections between seemingly disparate phenomena.
