The west coast flagship for Whole Foods finds itself in the heart of Pasadena’s Arroyo Parkway. This model of sustainable design is situated on the east side of the Metro Rail Gold Line and just south of the city’s new Metro Rail Station. Its contemporary design complements an existing historical structure occupying approximately 75,000 SF on 2 levels with 3 levels of subterranean parking. In addition to the market the project includes several restaurants and an outdoor café.
