In collaboration with multiple architects, 292 residential units highlight a mixed-use transformation of downtown Sunnyvale. The new flats overlook one million plus SF of specialty retail and dining, commercial office, cinemas, and a 200-room hotel. 4 stories of residential units are uniquely organized in a combination of wrap and podium construction. This intricate palette was strategically integrated to the adjacent downtown grid.
