Nestled between two escalators, Red Velvet Cafe transformed an interstitial transition space into a free-flowing world-class bakery, cafe and bar. Located on the ground level of the iconic Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, the concept was inspired by flowing water and adapting to its space constraints. Sinuous dessert cases shape an exquisite ensemble, captivating both onlookers and patrons.
