The “Azulόn at Mesa Verde” was designed as a community resort for seniors. A new outdoor plaza and pedestrian paseo link the new multifamily project to a revitalized collection of restaurants and shops anchored by an existing grocery store and drug store. Photovoltaics are planned as shaded carports to provide green energy to power the projects amenities, including pool, spa and clubhouse.
